The venue’s capacity will depend on the type of event. Considering only the indoor space, we can accommodate over 500 people.
3. What is the parking capacity?
280 seats.
4. Is there a time limit for the event to end?
No, each proposal is personalised and includes a specific number of service hours, with the option to book additional hours.
5. Does the venue have air conditioning?
Yes.
6. Does it have in-house catering?

7. Is it possible to rent only the venue without catering service?
It is possible as long as no external food and beverage service is required.
8. Does it have its own decoration?
Yes. We have multiple decoration options, including themed decorations such as Christmas decor.

10. Is an event planner available on the day of the event?
Yes, the event is always overseen by the designated Quinta da Grilla representative to ensure the agreed arrangements are implemented within the defined timings.
11. We have an agency organising our event and want all coordination to be handled by them. Is this possible?
Quinta da Grilla works with various communication agencies and will be happy to implement the solutions defined by the agency.
12. Do you have exclusive suppliers for DJ, photography, video, etc.?
No.
13. Is accommodation available?
No, but we have a room available for support throughout the event and partnerships with local hotels and accommodations.
14. Are multiple events held simultaneously?
No.
15. Is there access for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the entire venue is fully equipped.
